Teaching
I developed two equity-oriented curriculum modules for the project: Equitable Transportation Planning Curriculum for Urban Planning and Transportation Programs supported by the Center for Transportation Equity, Decisions & Dollars (CTEDD). These two modules are "health and transportation" and "involving underserved communities." Each module package includes PowerPoint slides, lecture notes, assignments and activities, and reading lists. The team produced a Transportation Equity Guidance Document (Final Report), Transportation Equity Workbook, and a Policy Brief. The work has been presented at academic conferences including the Transportation Research Board Annual Conference and the Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning Annual Conference. I would like to thank the project PIs and team members for designing the curriculum structure and compiling all nine modules.
